- This is the first college affiliated to Gujarat University awarding a degree course in B.sc ( Fire in India. Students are coming for this course from all over India.
The College provide Best Infrastructure so maximum exposure to students is provided for Practical fire fighting.
- WPI/UMD tie up for Master Degree in fire protection & prevention.
At present all over India there is no facilities for master's in fire field and this institute will provide Master Degree route to students for higher studies.
- ITI (Fireman)
First time a recognized course in fireman approved by GCVT, Employment & Training Dept of Gujarat Government.
- Gujarat State Fire Drill Competition -2003
The college successfully organized first of its kind a fire drill competition in association with Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority, Gandhinagar and different Fire brigade terms from all over Gujarat participated in it.
- A special live programme on WTC incident was created at college premises on 11 th Sept. 2002 and awareness was created about terrorism to all.
